• More than 50 % of the employees (56%) who discovered their harasser indicated the perpetrator was their supervisor.  

• Much more than a 3rd (36%) of these experiencing retaliation said they ended up fired, and virtually 1 in 5 (19%) said they received bad performance evaluations or were scrutinized in the workplace.
